20 Minute Total Body Beginner Flow

An instructional yoga video. This is a vinyasa flow video. It is not slow, as a quicker pace is the style of yoga we’re focusing on. If you’re looking for a slow video, this is not it – check my playlists to find a gentle or restorative routine.

This is for the yoga people who are looking to move a bit deeper in their practice, so it’s not appropriate for people totally new to yoga, but rather those who are new to this style of yoga (vinyasa flow).
