35 Minute Intermediate Yoga Flow for Strength & Flexibility

In this vinyasa flow yoga class, we strengthen and stretch the entire body. I recommend this for intermediate and strong beginner students. The yoga practice is a little over 30 minutes with a few minutes of Savasana music at the end (stay as long as you like).
