This 25-minute yoga flow class begins with 5 rounds of deep breathing, followed by a 5 minute spinal warm up with stomach grinds, side bends and twists. After warming up, this yoga class gets right into postures which work the entire body at a pace which will warm you up. The variety of flows throughout class include a dose of core work along the way. The last five minutes include stretches like butterfly, seated forward fold, bridge and reclined twists.
