Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward – This a 30 Minute Gentle Yoga Stretch routine suitable for all levels. We do a total body seated practice and hold poses for a while. Use this class when you need to stretch and unwind after a busy day. We end with a few minutes of Savasana and close the practice together.
