This one-hour yoga class strengthens and stretches the entire body. While this class emphasizes binds and balances, this class will appeal to you if you are looking for a vinyasa class that includes poses that focus on arm strength, shoulder opening, hip compressions and balancing poses. The “peak pose” featured in this yoga class is Flamingo pose, which has not yet been in any of my classes! I hope you enjoy this class and the scenery and sounds of the Costa Rica Yoga Spa!
