If you are new to yoga, this flow is something to warm you into the practice, it’s also the kind of flow I would do if I want to unwind, move slowly and go back to the foundations of my practice. I am sorry that the audio quality isn’t too great, I am thinking getting a mic for these videos so please sit tight.
Please remember that these flows are what I personally use in my own practice and I am sharing them with you. Listen to your body and only do what feels RIGHT for YOU. We know our bodies better than anyone else, so just because I say do a particular pose does NOT mean that you HAVE to do it.
