Hatha yogası nedir peki diyenleriniz için özetleyim. Ha (güneş), enerji, güç, sıcak, gündüz, sağ gibi kavramlarla özdeşleştirilir ve insanın erkek yarısını simgeler. Tha (ay) ise tersi terimleri; sükunet, dinginlik, soğuk, gece, sol ve kadını simgeler.

LƯU Ý: Mỗi bài tập trong seri dành cho người mới này có 1 chủ đề khác nhau, tập luyện ở nhiều phương diện khác nhau. Các bạn có thể tập xen kẽ các bài, tuy nhiên nên tập kỹ bài 1 (mềm cơ, dẻo khớp) và bài 2 (hơi thở) để cơ thể mềm mại linh hoạt và nắm được kỹ thuật thở. Sau đó tập các bài khác.
Khi đã quen rồi các bạn có thể đổi bài tùy theo mục đích và tùy theo cơ địa của mình. chẳng hạn nếu bạn cảm thấy người mình cứng thì hãy tập Bài 1 nhiều hơn các bài khác, hoặc nếu bạn thấy tay chân yếu thì nên tập bài 5 (Tăng sức mạnh) nhiều hơn.
Các bạn lưu ý, luôn lắng nghe cơ thể của mình để chọn bài tập cho phù hợp nhé.
