It’s great to start training your body to be calm by using regulated breathing for when you go into labour. Yoga is a great way to continue strengthening your body throughout pregnancy without having to do vigorous exercise.

Ciao yogi in questo nuovo tutorial vediamo una ricettina meravigliosa che mi è stata ispirata da un video di Anto del canale Ravedoll (nello specifico questo video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CrC862vzApY e questo il suo canale: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-_fYeOfz6ZYGy_WsO7jdxQ) con cui qualche tempo fa, avevo già fatto un tutorial in collaborazione! Si tratta di un plumcake vegano, senza zuccheri aggiunti, farina, latte, lievito e/o uova e a base principalmente di semi di chia!!
I semi dei chia, sono dei piccoli semini, che oramai si possono reperire facilmente anche nei supermercati della grande distribuzione low cost (tipo lidl, eurospin, etc) e che hanno la particolarità di gonfiarsi e trasformare in budino o gel qualsiasi sostanza o liquido con cui entrano in contatto! Questo plumcake è buonissimo già così com’è, ma se vuoi, puoi guarnirlo anche tu con della cioccolata fusa sopra come faccio e poi una volta tagliato a fettine si può aggiungere marmellata, burro d”arachidi o in alternativa anche la mia famosa cremina al mirtillo, di cui trovi la video ricetta qui: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4A0O_bhLb8s
